A graduate of the University of Delaware with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. While at the University of Delaware, Andre was a member of the Cross Country and Track and Field teams. He takes pride in being active in various community and charitable programs. He founded “The 5K for Bruce”, a running race to benefit a high school friend and other individuals paralyzed due to unfortunate circumstances. The event raised more than $100,000. He was also co-founder of the Fourth of July Neighborhood Relays, a mainstay holiday attraction for over 20 years. Andre grew up in Newark, Delaware and now resides in Hockessin, Delaware. He is married with 3 children and enjoys spending time with his family, health and physical fitness, and helping in the community.

ChFC® - Chartered Financial Consultant, a designation awarded by The American College. Advanced planning for every person, every need. That’s the promise of a ChFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant®). Comprised of nine college-level courses that address all aspects of financial planning, with a focus on the practical applications of those principles based on real-life case studies. The designation requires more courses than any other financial planning credential.
CLTC -"Certified in Long-Term Care," a designation granted for Long-Term Care Certification. CLTC graduates have completed a rigorous multidisciplinary course that focuses on the profession of long-term care.
